Processing Time

  • Orders are processed within 1 to 3 business days after payment confirmation.
  • Once the order has been shipped, the customer receives a confirmation email containing tracking information (track & trace).

Delivery Times

  • The estimated delivery time is 3 to 7 business days, depending on the destination.
  • These times are provided as an estimate and may vary due to:
    • peak demand periods,
    • customs inspections,
    • carrier-related delays.

Michelle Melbourne cannot be held responsible for delays beyond its control.

Shipping Method and Order Origin

  • All orders are shipped directly from our suppliers, located in China, as part of our logistics model.
  • Depending on the delivery country, customs fees, taxes, or import duties may apply. Any such charges are the responsibility of the customer.

Shipping Costs

  • Shipping costs are clearly indicated at checkout.
  • The amount depends on the weight of the parcel, the destination, and the selected delivery method.

Shipping Liability

  • When tracking indicates that the parcel has been delivered to the address provided, responsibility lies with the customer.
  • The customer is required to carefully verify the accuracy of the delivery address before finalizing their order.
  • Any address error must be reported within 24 hours of placing the order. After this period, no modifications can be guaranteed.
