Return and Refund Policy

 

At Michelle Melbourne, customer satisfaction is our priority. However, if a product does not meet your expectations, you may request a return in accordance with the conditions described below. We invite you to read this policy carefully before submitting a return request.

Return Conditions

To be eligible for a return, the following conditions must be strictly met:

  • An item can only be returned after it has been physically received by the customer.
  • Return costs are entirely the responsibility of the customer, including international shipping fees and any applicable customs charges.
  • Items must be new, unused, unwashed, undamaged, and returned in their original condition.
  • All original tags and cards must be intact and attached.
  • Trying on items is permitted, but extended wear is not accepted.
  • Orders intentionally placed in multiple sizes or styles with the intention of returning part of them are not accepted.

Any item that does not meet these conditions may be refused.

Return Procedure

The return process is as follows:

  1. The return request must be submitted by email to 📧 info@michellemelbourne.com within 30 days of receiving the product.
  2. Once your request has been approved, we will provide you with the return address of our supplier, located in China.
  3. The customer must send the product back at their own expense, including all costs related to shipping and any applicable customs fees.
  4. We strongly recommend using a tracked shipping method (track & trace) to avoid any loss.

Refund

Once the product has been received at the return address and its condition has been verified, the refund will be processed:

  • Within a maximum of 14 days
  • Via the payment method used at the time of the original purchase

Initial shipping costs are non-refundable.

Liability

  • Michelle Melbourne cannot be held responsible for lost parcels when tracking indicates that the package has been delivered to the address provided by the customer.
  • In the event of an error in the delivery address, responsibility lies entirely with the customer.
  • Any address error must be reported within 24 hours of placing the order. After this period, no modifications can be guaranteed.
